What is Private Counseling?
At its heart, private personal counseling is a resource that can help you understand and overcome the challenges you face.
You may be coping with depression or other mental pressure, anger, grief, loss, anxiety, stress, fear, low self-esteem or sexual abuse.
Counseling helps you better understand yourself and your emotions and teaches you ways to live productively.
The first Private Consultation session is a 45 minutes to 1 hour session. Private counseling starts with a consultation to identify and diagnose the challenge.
The first session is followed by a continuous program of your choice.

1-Month Introductory Recovery Program: Getting to the core and identifying blockages.
2-Month Strength Program: Knowing oneself, strengthening the mind and overcoming emotions.
