 What is Regression?

Regression is simply a state of relaxed focus. It is a natural state. Each of us enters such a state – sometimes called a trance state – several times a day, including when we’re falling asleep and when we’re waking up.  


The truth about regression is that it is not a state of amnesia, a lack of awareness or an out-of-body experience. In fact, Mental well being & regression are considered a state of heightened awareness and focus.

Although Hollywood has perpetuated many myths about regression, including the idea that people forget everything from a regression session.
